Providers Face New Pressure to Collaborate to Boost Care

Results of a recent report by EDS show that healthcare providers will face new pressures from consumers and payers to incorporate technology and other approaches to facilitate information sharing and to improve care. Collaborative care management is suggested as the means to strengthen linkage between preventative management, disease management and information integration and to enhance patient outcomes.
