- Arkansas Department of Human Services
- When Arkansas wanted to connect and streamline statewide healthcare processes, namely its Medicaid program, EDS delivered. In 2004, EDS helped the state process and administer 27 million Medicaid claims to more than 600,000 recipients via a suite of best-in-class automated claims processing, data management and reporting tools.
- Armed Forces Personnel Administration Agency (AFPAA)

When the UCC was revised in 2001, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts needed the technology to process UCC submissions electronically and process payment of fees. EDS provided the solution.

- Overwhelmed by time-consuming, manual paper processes, the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) needed a more efficient way of managing important documents. By reengineering business processes with automated workflows, EDS has virtually eliminated paper clogs and errors within the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Finance and Accounting Service, while arming the agency with cost savings.

- In order to better support and manage its global military and peacekeeping operations, the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) wanted to replace its aging electronic messaging system.

- This Government Employment Service helps people find jobs and employers fill openings. For years job vacancies were displayed on printed cards posted on bulletin boards, limiting the number of jobs that could be displayed, and requiring time and effort to keep boards current. Job seekers also found the process cumbersome and limiting. EDS implemented a chain of networked kiosks that provide information across the country by tapping into a newly created national job board database.
- Her Majesty's Courts Service
- When the UK Department for Constitutional Affairs wanted to improve communications and enhance service, it developed the modernized XHIBIT system thanks in part to EDS. Now, the daily business of Crown Courts is improved with hearing information provided to those who need it within minutes.
- Her Majesty's Prison Service (Offender Assessment System)
- To enable information sharing across the national prison system of England and Wales, EDS supplied Her Majesty's Prison Service (HMPS) with a centralised, streamlined IT infrastructure.

- When a Middle East state's Courts Department wanted to simplify cumbersome, paper processes and expedite case progression, it called on EDS. EDS developed, evaluated and prioritized 52 key initiatives, while designing a transformation program that embraced both process and technological change.

To offer its customers the kind of 24/7 responsiveness that has quickly become the standard in the Internet age, the company called on EDS to help build an expansive new customer service Web site.

- With cost pressures increasing in almost direct proportion to customer expectations of service excellence, SaskPower needed the information infrastructure to help it provide affordable, highly responsive power delivery.
- Service Alberta
- A printable overview of how EDS helped Service Alberta minimize costs and speed service by developing a multichannel infrastructure that enables citizens to conduct transactions online and supporting an integrated network of convenient storefront locations for those without computer access.
