EDS and Oracle are collaborating to accelerate and deliver best-in-class database, middleware and infrastructure software as essential components of the EDS Agile Enterprise Platform. As part of the EDS Agility Alliance, Oracle joins a powerful federation that provides significant client value through multilateral cooperation.
In addition, as clients recognize the need to transform and modernize application environments, EDS and Oracle provide the information architecture and management expertise alongside specific technologies required to help clients reach their modernization goals.
EDS and Oracle are developing joint offerings in Application Management and Implementation which combine EDS' best-in-class infrastructure and hosting services with Oracle's expertise in delivering flexible business solutions. Most recently, the partnership was expanded to include a joint effort in Tax and Revenue Management – the first of a number of industry-based initiatives EDS will be executing with Oracle in a strategy to define discrete industry-based initiatives that enhance opportunity for EDS to deliver innovation to clients specific to their business needs.
