PORTLAND, Ore. – Frank Chechile, a longtime EDS executive who has led major applications delivery efforts for global clients, today was appointed chief executive officer of Saber Government Solutions, EDS’ non-health care U.S. state and local government subsidiary with operations in more than 40 states.
