EDS Philippines was established in January 12, 1996, to provide IT services and support for key accounts moving towards centralization and sharing of support services.
Under the umbrella of EDS Singapore, EDS Philippines is supported by EDS' worldwide resource base and global vision. The company's more than 35 employees apply ideas and technologies to help clients enhance their economics, products and services, and customer relationships.
In February 20, 2000, Caltex (Philippines) Inc. marked the start of its IT outsourcing with EDS Philippines Inc. The services provided include the provision of helpdesk facilities, server, network, project management and desk side services for Caltex Philippines' more than 500 users.
